I’m currently recruiting for Cultivating Emotional Balance courses related to my PhD research.

 

These courses will run over 8 weeks in October-November.

 

You will then receive further information and updates over the next week.

 

Here are the basics:  

 

  • 8 Weekly 90-minute sessions (3 of these sessions will require an extra hour or so to collect data),
  • you will be randomly allocated to a time on a weekend,
  • take place on the Sunshine Coast,
  • free of charge,
  • if you can’t make a time, there might be some wiggle-room to change days.
